PRESIDENT – Mike Stilwell, Alexandria, VA. president@daddyshome.org Mike is one of the founders of Daddyshome and DC Metro Dads. He has 3 children ages; 24, 21, & 13 and has been a stay at home dad for over 14 years. He also enjoys coaching high school rowing. Mike is Chairman of the Executive Committee, Co-Chair of the Media Relations and Website Committees.
VICE-PRESIDENT – Al Watts, Omaha, NE. vp@daddyshome.org Al has been an at-home dad for 7 years and has 4 children ages 8 to 2. He enjoys a well-crafted beer, watching the Kansas City Chiefs and performing as an infantry soldier at Civil War Re-enactments. Before staying home, he was a classified advertising sales rep for the Omaha World-Herald. Al is Chairman of the Regional Coordinators Committee and Co-Chair of the Website Committee.
TREASURER – Matt Vossler, Rockville, MD. treasurer@daddyshome.org Matt is outstanding at-home dad and one of the founders of Daddyshome. Matt is Chairman of the Finance Committee.
SECRETARY – Doug Westerhaus, Overland Park, KS. secretary@daddyshome.org Doug has 5 children, ages 4, 7, 24, 26 & 28. He has been an at-home dad since the birth of his seven year old. He loves his wife, is active in scouting and enjoys cooking and an occasional liquid sedative (usually wine). Doug and his wife are both lawyers. He left an operations job to manage much more interesting (nearly) human resources. Doug is Co-Chair of the Convention Scholarship Committee.
At-Large – Phil Andrew, Lincoln, NE convention@daddyshome.org Phil is an outstanding at-home dad to 3 beautiful children ages 12, 8 and 6. He started the LinOma Dads group and has been instrumental in making the Annual At-Home Dad Convention a success. Phil is Chairman of Convention Committee.
At-Large – Hogan Hilling, Huntington Beach, CA. Hogan is a 20 year-at-home dad veteran and author of “The Modern Mom’s Guide to Dads.” He and his wife, Tina, have three boys, 22, 19 and 16. Activities he enjoys include Happy Hour with Tina, sipping a cold beer, poker (hopes to be 1st At-Home Dad at a WTP final table) and a good beach volleyball match. Hogan is Co-Chair of the Media Relations and Scholarship Committees.
At-Large - Andy Ferguson, San Francisco, CA. Andy has been an at-home dad for nearly 10 years to two beautiful girls. He has been a member of Delaware Dads, founded the KCDads and now lives back in his native San Francisco. Andy has been instrumental in the continued success of the Convention and was Convention Co-Chair from 2005-2008.
At-Large – Peter Steinberg, Springfield, VA. Peter is one of the founders of Daddyshome. He recently re-entered the workforce after a lengthy and successful career as an at-home dad.
